- Using internal tools and the terminal daily is a pain.
- Pay/perks are a tier below the other big tech companies.
- Very much of a corporate and finance vibe in 731 Lex.
Make your performance evaluation criteria less arbitrary/subjective and more transparent and quantifiable.

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
