Very outdated proprietary technology stack. The money is not even that good, considering the cost of living in NYC, and the growth potential is extremely limited.
Unable to change, since most customers just want the data and continue to pay the subscription fees.

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
