In recent years, the company is trying to brand itself as a tech company, so the tech stack and developer experience are changing for the better. Many smart people and co-workers are very helpful and friendly, and easy to work with.
Like most companies in the financial industry, the tech stack is a little behind or too company-specific. This depends on the team, though; some teams might be better than others. Some benefits might be lacking compared to other companies (no free lunch, gym, or other perks).

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
