Free food is not bad. The coffee is also free. Don't have to pay premiums for healthcare, which is nice.
Scheduled work hours are eight am to six pm, and the pay is not too attractive for an educated New Yorker.
I would cut back on hours and increase pay to increase morale and lower the turnover of key employees. I would also add more training opportunities.

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
