Good and stable business.
Work mode not very flexible - stand-up meetings every day (even twice a day) for some teams.
No ladder for engineering, which means not clear career growth for a lot of people (you need to find your way out!).
No ladder leads to bad compensation growth as well.
Consider a ladder for ENG.

Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
