Okay, depending on where you work
It all depends on what team you work in and in what department. I happen to have a good management chain, but it all depends on the department you're in.
Pay and vacation are okay. It's not the best, but it's not bad either.
I'm excited to go to work every day, but that wasn't always the case. And there are some who love coming into work and others who don't.
Again, it depends on the department you're in. Overall, for a rich company, they are quite cheap about silly little things but overindulge in other things.
Increase pay since we can definitely afford to. Also, hire people for the right job.
