New York City. It seems like a strong push for return to office. If you don't mind NYC, it's a very good office to be in.
New York is too expensive, and the burden of red tape is too high. Please consider expanding to some of the "flyover" states or allowing fully remote work.

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
