Disappointed, Miserable, Highly Political
All in a picture, nothing in reality. Very disappointed. Complained to HR about my manager; they didn't even listen. From what I hear left and right, people are not happy and are either actively searching for another company or thinking about it.
Pro-Ukrainians; God forbid you are Russian, you are not going to make it. They make your life miserable. It's a very political place and there's nothing good about work-life balance. Once Mike B. stepped out, it all started to go downhill. A bunch of trainings on harassment, but when it comes to the real deal, all is quiet like nothing is happening. It's useless; nobody is doing anything to prevent or follow up.
Advise to upper management: Fire all middle managers. They are useless anyways, a bunch of TLs doing nothing.
