The notoriety of the name Bloomberg on your resume.
Good place to start your career.
Poor management practices.
Bad managers are not held accountable. Weak-minded men. Woke company culture. No remote work. Poor mentorship. No career growth.
Proprietary tech makes you less competitive in the job market. Focus on widely used tech (Python, React, SQL, Kafka, NoSQL, etc.).
Work on mentorship.
Put strong people in leadership positions, not frail, skinny, weak men.
There’s no one to look up to.

Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
