Good for me, but there are signs of systemic problems
Great community. Good benefits. Good work-life balance. OK TC. OK time off. Easy internal transfers across teams if in good standing. Still hybrid with the majority of days working from home.
Every Black woman and some non-Black women who have worked in my department have left the team or company or been fired during my short time here. There aren't a lot of women, and very few Black people in my department, but quite a few of the others have been here for more than 3 decades. That seems significant. YMMV depending on your relationship with your managers.

Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
