Backwards technology, unambitious employees
The pay and the name.
Very mediocre employees, no guts. This isn't sell-side, this isn't buy-side. It's just back-office.
A lot of churn for new employees in the company. The lifers there obviously are just clocking the hours.
Also, I might add, way too many Indians and Asians in the technology area. Hard to get communication through their thick accents sometimes.
Stop treating it like a 9-to-5 job and then panicking when it's crunch time.

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
