Interview with 2 interviewers. This was a new grad position. The process takes months, and the interviewers were nice. The interview normally lasts for 1 hour, and you are asked 1 to 2 questions of easy/medium difficulty.

The interviewers are very poor communicators, prejudiced, and biased. They are extremely binary, possessing one "optimal" solution in front of them while you're coding and aggressively pushing for you to code exactly that. Anything you code different
