Decent compensation for the amount of hours. Great work-life balance. Very friendly people. Get along with manager. No stress about deadlines.
Can RTO stagnate? Three per week, possibly more. Mike Bloomberg seems to really want to push for more engagement and less stagnation of compensation.

Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
