Diversity & inclusion is discussed a lot internally, but diverse representation is still lacking for the time being in the management chain.
Plenty of tech debt, sometimes dating from several decades ago, requires courage and determination not everyone might be willing to face. Documentation is of varying quality and freshness. Teams are not all equally well-organized.
