Phone Screen Interviewer was highly distracted and did not engage. Also, there was a constant alarm going off in the background that they were oblivious to. They did not mute the call even when not talking.

A common coding question about strings was asked. It was of medium difficulty. The interview went pretty fast. However, it's necessary to schedule a time about a month in advance. The HR representative was nice and supportive.
