No real cons for me. Like other big companies, your experience is highly dependent on your team and project, so ymmv.
My project was very well suited to the interests I expressed.

I had a first round technical, and was given questions about backtracking and linked lists. The interviewer was nice and offered hints and insight on time complexity. Overall, not too bad.
