It really depends on the team, but the environment and atmosphere has been amazing. The work is meaningful, and the mentorship really helps you overcome any problems and lack of knowledge. People are very friendly.
At the beginning, there is a big learning curve in understanding the whole system, what your team is working on, the development flow, and other Bloomberg-specific things.
