There are lots of things to learn from very experienced engineers, and the projects are carefully selected and matched with the candidate's preferences.
There are also lots of events that have so much effort put into, so it is a great time to have fun and work here.

The first step was a technical interview. I was asked basic software engineering questions and also had a live coding session. The interviewer had a British accent, which was a little difficult for me to understand at the time.
