It's a huge company. There are protocols and policies to be followed in a lot of areas.
There are some breakfast options every day and dinner two times a week, which is less than what big tech companies usually offer.
Continue to be as close as you can with people on levels below you. It's not the flattest hierarchy, and syncing frequently is important.
