Was not able to discover them.
The interview process was highly unprofessional. The interviewers seemed disengaged, kept their microphones muted for most of the session, and even mentioned they were busy with other work during my interview.
It felt like my time and effort, months of preparation, were completely undervalued. The lack of respect for candidates was disheartening, and it reflects poorly on the company’s culture and priorities.
Unfortunately, my experience during the interview was not what I had anticipated. Despite preparing extensively over the last few months, I felt that the interviewers were not fully engaged. Their microphones were muted for significant portions of the session, and they mentioned being busy with other work. This gave me the impression that the interview was not a priority and left me feeling undervalued as a candidate.
I had been looking forward to this opportunity, and it was disappointing that my efforts didn’t receive the attention I believe they deserved. This experience left me feeling disrespected as an interviewee, which I did not expect from a company I greatly admire. I would advise anyone interviewing not to keep their hopes high; it's random here.
Four rounds: First, with an engineer, focusing on technical, easy LeetCode questions. Next two rounds are also technical with an engineer, covering four medium and one hard LeetCode question. Final round with the hiring manager.
Initial phone discussion with HR. I then met with an engineer to complete a coding challenge and walkthrough the logic I used. From there, the process would have involved interviews with the team. I really cannot disclose more, as it did not progress
5 interview rounds: 3 LeetCode, 1 HR, 1 EM. LeetCode rounds are simply tagged as LeetCode. The HR round consists of standard behavioral questions. The EM round is a deep dive into one specific project and the challenges you encountered.
