The first round is a normal tech round. The second round is a coding round. The third one is a managerial round.

All rounds are very easy to clear. I have cleared all the rounds and sent documents for the offer letter.

They have taken two weeks of time. I sent a reminder email every 4 days.

Finally, they responded that the budget is lower than my expectation. But at the initial stage, they agreed to proceed. In the meantime, they posted a job vacancy and selected some candidates with a lower price.

If they have a problem with the budget, they should just let the candidate know. Instead, they are interviewing and wasting our time. They agreed on a package and at the last minute of my notice period, they give up on us.

Overall experience: They are recruiting like fish markets where someone selling fish at a low price is preferable at the last minute.
