The interview process was super easy. I applied through eLitmus.
Coding questions were incredibly easy. The interview was done exactly as mentioned in the document HR shared: the STAR method. Zero technical questions were asked face to face.
Onboarding was woeful. They kept delaying things. I had other offers in hand that I needed to decline or take up. They did not give a joining date. Weeks passed after the last interview, and I was told that my background verification got stuck and would take more time.
When I mentioned that I had some time constraints, the onboarding team person said to pick it up with the recruiter without letting me finish.
After facing such an easy interview, when I encountered this procedural hindrance, I started believing the negative reviews written about poor quality work and politics on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox. I also received a better offer at a smaller company, so I took that.
Tell me about a time you had to learn something quickly.
Tell me about a time you used your technical knowledge outside of work.
