Panel of three engineers, who you could potentially be working under. You will be asked a series of questions, mostly behavioral and situational. They will inform you that the interview will take around 30 minutes. Questions will range from the basic "what makes you qualified for this position?" and "tell us about a project where (engineering issue) happened."

When they say "project," they allow you to use anything you think can relate to the question – classroom, personal, or professional. They are understanding that not all have technical experience.

Behavioral questions are subject to relating to what you would do when you don't get along with someone.
