Process
My interview was so long ago that it is irrelevant. However, I was on the interviewer side of the process a few years ago, and will base my inputs on that.
Questions
Boeing now uses structured interviews. You will not be asked any specifics on your resume, but you will probably be asked to come up with examples of when you've been in difficult situations. For example:
- "Tell me of an instance when you had to deal with adversity."
- "Tell me of an instance where you disagreed with a decision that was made."
