There was only one interview, but it was pretty standard as an intern interview. They asked about the projects I had worked on, my strengths and weaknesses, as well as a situation where I had to deal with somebody difficult. I received an offer a couple weeks later. It was actually not for the position I applied to, but one of the other panel interviewers thought she could use me in her division.

Pros: Work-life balance is pretty good.
Benefits are great.
Work is decent.
Cons: Repetitive work.
Office life is real.
No flexibility for WFH. Most companies have at least one day to utilize for hybrid. Boeing recently changed that to mandatory all in-person.

Smart Team, Important Work

Pros: My co-workers were very smart, eager to teach, and patient. They were also very honest about their opinions of the company and gave great advice. My group also had very interesting work because the organization I was part of had responsibility for very important aspects of the plane. This is one of the top reasons I plan on returning.
Lastly, even though I was an intern, I was treated well and any question I had was fair game.
Cons: I've seen it in other work environments, and Boeing was no exception. Some people tend to naturally find things to be discontent with. This meant I had some coworkers who were dissatisfied with their job and the company and would express this not too frequently, but frequent enough that I felt it was hindering productivity.

Pros: Honestly, none come to mind at this particular site.
Cons: Untrained production engineering management all the way to the top.
Constant turnover and many unskilled workers.
Zero management support on all levels.
Minimal chances of advancement.
Traffic to and from work and parking at this site is ridiculous!
