It was an extremely long process with a lot of high-review interviews where you cannot even talk to recruiters directly. Great opportunity once you get in, but the interviewing is rough.

Pros: Lots of training and unique events for interns, including tours of the factories, etc. Great community of interns. Offers housing subsidy/corporate housing.
Cons: Very bureaucratic. Much of the workforce seems to be aging, and people can be resistant to change.
