Pros: Good salary, good benefits, flexible work schedule, and opportunities to develop yourself.
Cons: Bureaucracy, bureaucracy, bureaucracy. Parking can be tough.
Too much dead weight.

Pros: Good salary and benefits. The big company offers lots of "wow moments." It's high tech, an engineer's dream. I also enjoy the salary and benefits, which are above average.
Cons: Sometimes I feel it is too big for visibility. Plants are all over the world, which gives some opportunities to move around but not much. Internal hiring is common, and if laid off, you have an opportunity to be picked by another location.
