Pros: Lots of work available, easy to move around in a large company. No need to work overtime if not desired. Overachievers and top performers only get a 1% more bonus per year compared to normal achievers.
Cons: Work can be boring at times because of paperwork, rules to follow, and lots of people coordinating. Boeing barely gives raises and promotions; the only way to do it is to get other job offers.

Lots of opportunities to learn from senior engineers experienced in the field.
Wide range of work experiences with a variety of customers.
Good benefits package.
Flexible work hours.
Cons: - Lack of connection to Senior Management.

- Work culture is inconsistent across sites and even sometimes groups.
