Pros: Steady, stable employment even during downturns.
Benefits are decent but similar to other large employers in different industries.
Cons: Work is mundane.
Too many employees. Just laid off 10% and could have taken another 10%.
Lack of accountability at all levels in the organization.
Pay is okay.
Nepotism is rampant.
My senior manager literally told me it's more about who you know.
In my opinion, mediocrity is the norm.
