I applied through their career site for a .NET software engineer position and received an email to complete an MCQ-based test on HackerEarth. I completed that and received a call from HR after 3 weeks. She asked me why I want to switch to Bangalore, as I am a Delhiite, and about my current CTC. I explained that I had switched jobs recently but was looking for a better package. The HR then asked if I would accept the same CTC since I had recently switched. I said no and told her my expected CTC. She said they couldn't assure me of the exact figure right now.
I said okay and scheduled my first telephonic interview for 3 days later. I asked her to drop a mail for the same, but she said she couldn't drop a mail for the first round, assuring me it was scheduled.
I prepared for 3 days, but I did not receive the call. I tried to reach her, but unfortunately, you can't call them because you don't have extensions for their contact numbers. After 2 days, I got a call again, and she said sorry for that. Actually, the panel was not available, so she said she was scheduling it after 2 days. I again asked to drop a mail at least, but she denied it and said sorry, she couldn't drop a mail for the first round.
But again, that same thing happened; I did not receive the call on the interview day. I got a call from a different HR and said that HR actually went on leave and the panel was not available. So she scheduled my interview after 3 days. At the interview time, I still did not receive the call, so I had to call HR. This time I got connected, and she said, "Give me a minute." Then the interviewer called me after half an hour, and finally, I was able to give my first round.
It went well, with only basic questions from .NET, OOPS, and C#. It lasted around 20 minutes. I received a call from another HR for the next round after 2 days for a Webex interview, which was STAR-based. On the morning itself, I got a call that the interview was rescheduled after lunch since the panel was not available.
I gave the interview at that time; there were 3 people on the panel. It went well. But I haven't heard from them any feedback or anything even after 3 months. Their contact numbers are unreachable, and on their career site, it is still showing the status - 'Under consideration'. I don't know what they were looking for, but the interview experience was really pathetic.
