The interview process was a panel-type process that consisted of engineers of all levels. All of the questions were behavioral, asked in a strict order. Overall, the questions were extremely easy, and they just wanted to know if you could work with other people.

Pros: A lot of room for career advancement, standard benefits, and as a disaster engineer, the schedules are pretty flexible.
Cons: Management can really slow work down when you have a bad manager. Additionally, the company hasn't been doing the best recently, so we haven't received any bonuses since I joined.
