Pros: Huge company, therefore lots of opportunities to move teams and change up what you're working on.
You don't have to work that hard; the bar is pretty low.
Great health insurance, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement programs.
Cons: Really outdated culture in the factories. Racism and sexism are extremely prevalent, and everyone accepts it and doesn't try to fix it.
Relatively low pay in Puget Sound, which is a very high COL area. As an engineer, you can get paid a lot more at other local companies, which is why top talent is leaving in droves.
