The interview process was very professional.
It was done virtually and lasted about 2 hours.
They started by introducing themselves and the departments in which they work. They also described the position that I would be filling. Then they proceeded to ask me job-specific questions related to that position.
They give you the STAR guidelines for answering interview questions for a reason. Stick to that format.
The questions were definitely job specific and not the generic interview questions. There was no "What is your greatest strength and weakness?"
