A phone screening was the first step. Once passed, a panel of 3-4 interviewers, including the hiring manager and manufacturing team, asked behavioral and technical questions over Webex.

Cameras were initially on, but I was told I didn't need to have them on.

A month went by with several emails to recruiters asking for a status. I was finally rejected via a typical rejection email.
