Phone panel interview, this was the most intimidating interview I have ever undertaken. The muted participants on the other end of the phone line made it very difficult to interpret live feedback during the interview.

People usually help out.

People have the hustle mentality, but it's still a pretty retrograde culture. It seems like a lot of people are leaning towards conservative points of view.
