Manufacturing Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

I was local to the office I was applying to and asked to come in for the interview. I was told to do it remotely.

During the interview, I was on with multiple people from the team, and for half the interview, none of them turned their cameras on. Then, the lead turned his camera on about halfway through.

It was a very stale interview.

I was offered a position after the interview, and I tried to set up several calls with the hiring manager to discuss things. It was very difficult to get a hold of her.

I ended up turning down the offer due to how poor my interview and hiring experience was.
