Process

I got a phone interview where they asked the structured interview questions from Boeing. Shortly after, I got a follow-up interview onsite in Mesa. The in-person interview had the same questions as the phone interview, and there weren't really any surprise questions. After the interview, they took me on a tour of the facility. They called the next day to give me an offer.
