Pros: Benefits.
Healthcare plan, especially for me with many issues. Allows the use of coupons to contribute towards deductible & OOP max.
* 401K matching up to 10%
* 5 weeks of PTO/year
* 12 weeks of paid parental leave per life event/placement
* Tuition & learning programs are funded
I have flexible management. I work in a small office with a door, not a cube farm or desk farm.
Cons: Some of the management is not great.
Yearly raises aren't much, but promotions are.
Knowledge and resource sharing leaves something to be desired.
Red tape issues.
