The external interview for the Level 2 position was a two-part process.
First, a phone interview with the hiring and skills managers, followed by an in-person interview on-site with similar personnel.
This was a non-technical interview. It was a pleasant experience, and I met the team afterwards.

Structured interview, 5 questions to determine ability to work in a team, dealing with workplace friction, and how my experience has prepared me for a position.
Non-technical questions, but technical answers were welcomed.
