Pros: Large variety of very challenging technical work. Awesome culture of inclusion and support.
Cons: As an engineer, you can get pigeon-holed into a specific field of expertise if you are good at what you do and you stay for salary increases. Also, there is the amount and length of meetings, some of which are unnecessary.
