Process

Boeing interviews are mostly a structured format. All questions are expected to be told in a three-part answer.

Tell us about a time when something happened. Tell us what you did/reacted. Tell us what the conclusion or lessons learned were.

If you do not answer accordingly, you will not be hired. The interview normally consists of 4-7 questions.

First question is almost always, "Tell us about a time when you faced diversity." This can be in a team, workplace, school, etc. It can also relate to racial diversity, age, or background. Easy question, don't mess it up.

Second question will deal with how you work in a group, be it time management or "Tell us a time when you had trouble getting along with a teammate?"

The remaining 2-5 questions will be job-specific but still in a format of "Tell us about a time when..."

Even with very technical jobs, there are no terribly technical questions. You will never have to perform calculations.

Interviewers cannot deviate from the questions that are listed in the packet, so if there is any information you want the team to have that they did not ask, you must offer it willingly.

Questions

Boeing interviews are easy and standard HR rhetoric. Leadership is considered an asset at Boeing in all positions. Focus answers around leadership experience.
