Applied online. HR called me to discuss basic needs and scheduled a panel interview a week later. The panel interview with QE managers was online and in STAR format, of course. Questions were situational or work history related. They did ask if I have any quality certification.

Pros: Great benefits, maybe the best in the industry. My management team is great.
Cons: Overworked due to layoffs. Underpaid and not appreciated.
Bonuses have not been great, and in previous years, they have been nonexistent.
