Questions
A lot of difficult technical questions, to my surprise. What types of certification do you have? Are you familiar with non-conformance, Six Sigma, root cause, etc.?

Relaxed work environment.
Realistic expectations.
Cons: Only an intern. Took a while to get the ball rolling, but this was due to an announcement of site closure. The morale of all the employees dropped, and it reflected when it came to mentorship and training. Mundane tasks.
