Work with some of the most experienced people in the world. Fantastic medical benefits, some at zero out-of-pocket. Matching 401k at 8%, plus an automatic 2% of your salary into the 401K. Union position.
Pay is competitive, but low compared to the big tech companies.
Cons: Large split between young and old in the workforce.
Positive change is happening but at a glacial speed.
