Process
I applied online and in 4 weeks' time, I received a call from the HR team to set up an interview time.
It was a combination of a technical and behavioral interview. The interview panel included a technical manager, an operations manager, and an HR manager.
The technical manager went through about 10 standard technical questions provided by the company. This was followed by 5 behavioral questions from the operations manager. Based on their interest, there were more detailed questions.
Finally, there were a few questions from the HR manager, and they said they would get back to me in a week's time.
