Two interviews were conducted.
The first interview asked behavioral questions, inquiring about my previous work experience and technical projects. A few technical questions were asked regarding specific programming languages or data structures.
The second interview was a group interview. Moderators presented the candidates and me with a real-world problem. The group of candidates had to work together as a team to find a solution to present to the moderators before time ran out.
My initial opinion was that there was a stiff company culture.
Not many difficult questions. Just communicate well during the behavioral questions and take charge during the group interviews when you have something effective to contribute.
