Applied online. After a lengthy application review, I received an email regarding a phone call that seemed like an initial screening process.
I had a single interview over the phone and received a response a few weeks after.
This was a conference call with the chain of command, including my direct manager and functional lead.
I received an invitation in an email, which did not look like an offer, but was really an invitation for pre-employment processing where I got my badge.
I did not get a chance to negotiate salary at all.
