A couple of weeks after applying, I was asked to set up a phone interview. The questions consisted mainly of behavioral questions. Responses needed to be answered using the STAR method.
There were also a few technical questions.

Pros: Managers are usually pretty good, and benefits are amazing.
Cons: Like next to impossible to get promoted. It's been 2 years, and I came in with a fair bit of experience out of college. My promotion got denied despite my manager's best efforts to advocate for it.
