Pros: Great environment, at least for me to start my career. I have a very supportive team around me and the ability to learn new and exciting things in my development track.

Cons: The uncertainty surrounding the company, with its massive debt and layoffs, creates an uneasy environment.

Pros: Pay is ok. Some of the stuff you work on is interesting.

Cons: Promoting people to level 5 IC when their job is a glorified Jira administrator. Nepotism-based hiring, only hiring people they want instead of looking at how an employee would be a good fit. Spinning off whole teams costing over several million dollars a year when current team members could easily handle the tasks.

Pros: - Domain - Brand name - Some projects are good

Cons: - Worst HRs. I have never seen such HRs in any companies. They reject claims without a reason. They never respond to any queries. Basically, you will never see them and can't expect anything. It's totally managed by managers. - IT support team. - Some departments, like platform teams, don't have work. They only survive by politics. - Teams or facilities are growing in India because they need to show investments in India, as the Indian Government buys defense products from them. - Join only if you don't have any other options.
