Good Pay, Dated Office
Software Engineer • Current Employee
December 4, 2022
Pros: Benefits are great. Pay is slightly above average for the Midwest.
Cons: The environment is not like a tech startup or coastal job. The inside is desperately needing updates, and if you’re in a classified area, say goodbye to windows. There are no free amenities, and the age range generally is closer to retirement than college. There's lots of turnover. People say it's "sink or swim."
